Before Procurement

We Procure Against A Validated Site

Equipment decisions follow site reality. Our sister company, AITechnology Bridge, delivers the engineering and fiber feasibility study that confirms whether a site can actually host a Modular Compute Unit — available capacity and voltage, cooling and ambient conditions, usable acreage and access, carrier-grade fiber, and the economic and regulatory picture. That documented assessment becomes the specification we buy to.

Power-Matched Specification

Rack density, transformer and PDU sizing, and backup strategy are procured against measured capacity, headroom, and power quality — not assumptions.

Connectivity-Matched Sourcing

Fiber feasibility results determine networking, optical, and interconnect procurement, including lit and dark fiber delivery paths.

Site-Matched Logistics

Containerized units, pad requirements, staging areas, and crane and service access are scoped from the site visit before anything ships.

Combined Feasibility Study — $30,000 All-In

The engineering site assessment and the fiber feasibility desktop research and carrier outreach are offered together at an all-in cost of $30,000 (additional services added per client's direction at extra cost). Sites that complete the process can earn Certified HPC-Ready status.
