We Look At The Site
Power available, fiber paths, land, interconnection status. Usually two to three weeks.
We Structure It
A single-purpose entity per site, with the capital partners already lined up.
We Build And Operate
Containers on site, energized in months. You run the plant. We run the data center.
Better Economics Than A Power-Purchase Agreement
A conventional PPA prices your output against the thin margins of the wholesale power market. AI compute does not price that way. We contract for power at the site and convert it into compute revenue, which supports a materially stronger price to the producer and a longer, more stable term than the merchant market offers.
What You Do Not Take On
