Power that already exists, serving the community where it stands - that is how we move in months instead of years

Chris Yurko is an energy and digital infrastructure developer and executive with more than 25 years of experience building, financing, and scaling companies at the intersection of energy, finance, and technology.

He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIEnergy Bridge, Inc., a venture positioned at the convergence of artificial intelligence and energy infrastructure. He built the company on a simple observation: independent power producers are already generating in exactly the regions that hyperscalers can't or won't reach. AIEnergy Bridge connects those independent power producers directly to the edge data center market — unlocking a revenue model that traditional PPAs can't match, while keeping communities at the center of every project.

AIEnergy Bridge builds modular, water-independent GPU data centers sited directly behind the meter at power producers already operating off-grid. Bringing high-performance compute to a city means bringing the fiber that serves it, and that fiber does not stop at the property line — it becomes available to the regional hospital running imaging and records, the community college training the next class of technicians, the university research group that could never justify a cloud budget, and the local manufacturer for whom latency is a real cost.

AIEnergy Bridge's model is designed to bring capacity online in months rather than years — which matters commercially and matters more to a community that would otherwise be told to wait half a decade for its turn.

As a veteran energy developer, Chris has spent his career where energy assets meet the capital that funds them. He has originated project and equipment financing across multiple large-scale energy and infrastructure projects and assisted in delivering energy projects for industrial clients including PepsiCo, Nestlé, Duracell, and Owens Corning. He serves concurrently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FPA Energy Acquisition Corp, Managing Director of Further Lane Capital, and a principal and board member of BioGas Corp.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a disabled veteran of the United States Army.

Execution is the difference between a promising site and a producing one.

Rick Garcia is a Dallas-based multi-company founder and operations leader with more than 24 years of experience spanning technology, energy, financial services, procurement, and strategic marketing. He serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of AIEnergy Bridge, Inc., along with both of its subsidiaries, AIEnergy Equipment, LLC and AITechnology Bridge, LLC, where he connects independent power producers to the fast-growing AI-infrastructure sector through modern, revenue-driven power models that unlock value traditional power purchase agreements cannot match — all while keeping host communities at the center of every project.

Rick leads operational deployment and partnership execution as the company's projects scale to meet the growing demand for AI compute capacity. Beyond AIEnergy Bridge, he serves as CEO and Owner of multiple companies, building a track record rooted in general management, data center and edge infrastructure, GPU/HPC technology, and mining operations. Across his career, Rick has founded and operated five companies spanning financial advisory, healthcare payments, energy infrastructure, procurement and digital marketing.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Marketing from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

How We Lead

The Principles That Guide Every Site, Partnership, And Megawatt We Bring Online.

Build Where Power Already Is

We Site Compute Behind The Meter At Independent Producers Instead Of Waiting Years For Interconnection Queues.

Move In Months, Not Years

Modular, Water-Independent Design Lets Capacity Come Online On A Timeline That Matches AI Demand.

Leave The Community Better

The Fiber And Infrastructure We Bring Serves Hospitals, Schools, And Local Employers — Not Just The Data Hall.

Work With Our Team

Whether you operate independent generation, need compute capacity, or are evaluating a site, our leadership team is available directly.
