The Structure
Each site is its own entity. AIEnergy Bridge, Inc. develops it, capital partners fund it, and we own and operate the facility. Capacity is added in phases as offtake is contracted, so capital goes in against demand rather than ahead of it.
Equipment Advantage
Equipment is procured through AIEnergy Equipment, LLC, where authorized reseller status with Supermicro and Lenovo puts current-generation hardware within reach earlier than most of the market.
Why Small Sites Are The Strategy
One to twenty megawatts is what an operating independent plant can actually spare. It's below the threshold that triggers multi-year permitting fights, it matches where inference demand is going, and it puts capacity in regional cities that hyperscale developers won't reach for another decade.
